All the production process stages involve intermediate checks that guarantee process reliability. The data gathered is processed by specific software that provides statistical analysis of the process.

All the measurements taken are carried out using suitable control tools, from the most sophisticated like the 3D controlling machine to the simplest like digital callipers, micrometers, boremeters, comparators and fixed callipers.

Every check is recorded on specific documents that accompany production right through to despatch and are then filed for ten years. .

In an effort to continuously improve and offer a greater guarantee of quality we introduced a measurement arm (FARO’s QUANTUM model) equipped with a feeler and LASER SCANNER probe in January 2011.
The device, equipped with the relevant software, can be used to scan a part and create a three-dimensional image of the same.
The design's mathematical file is then superimposed onto the image obtained to detect any deviations (quality control). If the design is not available the image obtained can be used to create a file for a 2D or 3D design (reverse engineering).
The measuring arm is mounted on a self-propelled trolley and can also be used to measure very large pieces such as moulds and machinery.
