Our products can be divided into four large groups:
AUTOMOTIVE
This is the most important group and includes various kinds of products:
- Parts in metal for antivibrating supports made using both deep-drawn materials and high yield-point steels in thicknesses from 1 mm to 7 mm.
- Lining and assembly parts.
- Parts for transmitting a signal from the engine shaft to the electronics.
- Carcasses for electric engines for air-circulation and cooling.
PARTS FOR AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY
This group includes products in Boro steel in thicknesses of 4-6 mm, which undergoes a hardening treatment after casting to increase its anti-wear properties.We thermally treat some of these products and assemble them using continuous wire welding robots.
MISCELLANEOUS
Throughout our long history we have tackled many challenges and produced a large number of articles, from the simplest to the most complicated, using deep-drawing.
BOXES FOR ELECTRIC PANELS
We developed this product for a specific application.
These are deep-drawn boxes for electric and electronic panels.
Our experience in casting sheet metal has enabled us to study and patent a special kind of lid that allows insertion of a waterproof seal (IP 55) without the need for extra work.
Our policy of maximum client satisfaction means that we customise the product with holes to drawings, application of additional welded parts and painting in requested colours.
